How to Order

  1. Send your part information. OE/OEM number (a photo of the old unit's nameplate is best), vehicle model, year, engine, 2WD/4WD, VIN if available, quantity, destination port and preferred trade term.
  2. Fitment confirmation. We cross-reference your information with our supplier and confirm the matching transmission code. Wrong-fitment risk is eliminated before money moves.
  3. Quotation within 24 hours. FOB China port price with unit net/gross weight, wooden case dimensions and production/lead time. CIF available if you give us the destination port.
  4. Proforma Invoice & payment. PI with agreed terms. Payment by T/T (bank transfer) or WorldFirst. Small trial orders (1–2 units) are welcome for first cooperation.
  5. Production, photos, packing. You receive photos/video of your actual units and the export packing before dispatch.
  6. Shipment & documents. We ship FOB China port and send Commercial Invoice, Packing List and B/L copies. HS code and document details are stated on the PI.
Why we ask for the OE number first: a transmission assembly is a high-value part, and Chinese vehicle models often have several gearbox variants for the same model name. The OE number on the nameplate is the only reliable way to match the correct unit. Fitment confirmed by OE number is covered; fitment guessed from model name alone is not.
