Warranty Policy

Coverage	6 months from factory shipment date, against manufacturing defects
Claim process	Send photos/video of the defect + nameplate + your PI number. We respond within 48 hours.
Not covered	Damage from incorrect installation, missing or wrong oil, modified units, accident damage, or normal wear
Fitment responsibility	Fitment is confirmed jointly before order based on the OE number / vehicle information you provide. Units confirmed by OE number are guaranteed to match that OE reference. Wrong fitment caused by incorrect vehicle information from the buyer is not covered.
Final terms	As stated in the Proforma Invoice for each order

We keep warranty terms in writing on every PI so both sides know exactly where responsibility sits. If you have questions about a specific market or application, ask before ordering — we answer honestly.
